"it seems" vs "it seems that"

Hey!

The main difference between "they" and "them" is that they is used as a subject whereas them is used as an object. So in this case we are referring to the subject who is supposed to be blind enough not to see.. so we use they

"He" is always used as the subject whereas "him" is used after a preposition. so here "but" is a preposition.. hence we use him as the subject here is already "nobody"

The same rule of object and subject applies to the third case where "I" is used as a subject and "me" is an object.. and since in this sentence "he" is already the subject, an object is required, which is "me"
