Guys i'm new to this page. I have been trying for IBPS PO for 3 years.. failed in all 3 attempts. I cleared the PO-III and IV written but couldn't get selected in the interview round. In PO-V i couldn't clear the main written exam. This year i couldn't get through SBI prelims. Please help me how can i prepare well for this year.

any one tell me strategy to improve marks in English section. i am not weak in English. but i got low marks. Example i got 18 marks in english last year. and 14.5 marks in sbi po pre. my goal was to get 30 out of 40 marks in ibps mains this year.
