Hi.
I have absconded from cognizant due to emergency situations after submitting resignation.
They asked me to report to the office but i couldn't do so.
Now there comes a letter from them saying i have to pay an amount of 30,000.
If not they would proceed legally.
Can anyone advise?
I am PAT in CTS.Does anyone know about this CCP exam in CTS??
Does CCP exam have anything to do with my promotion from PAT to PA?
I have resigned cognizant in 2014. Now, I am joining another organization where they need my relieving letter from cognizant. I could not find it with me. I do have experience letter. How to get relieving letter now? Please help

I resigned from cognizant on 26th feb and my last working day was set as 28th feb, the day i left the company still the clearance status was pending for approval due to which i did not receive any mail on my personal email id. I have also not received the salary for that month . Will the clearance be auto approved even after i have left what should i do ??
I am an employee of cognizant. I am current serving notice period and would like to buy out. Does buy out depend upon manager.

I had attended interview on 17 th march 2018 where i have gone through hr round and they said that we will receive mail in two days. one of my friend got confirmation mail 15 days later where i didnt receive any mail till date. Should I confirm that I didnt get selected or should I wait for there mail?
I have resigned this week in CTS. (I have not yet received my last date.)
I need leave for 3 days in 2 different weeks due to personal reasons I have already mentioned to my manager even before I have decided to quit the company.
Against new CTS Separation policy, I have few issues.
I prefer not to apply sick leave unnecessarily.
I would like to either
1. Work on weekends to compensate for the leaves so as to not to differ my joining date.
2. Work late every day for the compensating the trutime hours for those 3 days in the rest of working days of the notice period. or
3. extend notice period for the 3 days
I prefer this the least but I am also ready to pay for these 3 days as shortfall if it is blatantly imposed on me.
Am I allowed to avail either of the the above 3 options?

I interview at CTS manyatha tech park bangalore on 21st july 2018 for the position of ui developer,In hr said that within a week i will receive offer letter still i didnt received.any one got offer letter who attended on that day.
