Which new/baby iims provide waitlist no. Without charging for it with the very first list itself? Can someone please throw some light on this! As without waitlist no. This becomes very difficult to speculate chances and especially when notice period is of 3 months:(

Hi, I have an NC-OBC Certificate dated January 20, 2021. Will it be enough for IIM Indore registration or should I get a new one?

Lockdown is still going on in my state, so its difficult to get a new one ASAP.
