Hie guys, I am 2014 passout mechanical engg. From lesser known college....I was interested in defense forces...I gave 9 attempts and reached till interview but was not able to reach final selection...and In this way I dint gain any experience....this year I thought of going for mba....and will be appearing cat 2016 and other national test....will there be any hindrance further My academic ,- x- 83, xii - 72 ,colg -7.7 cgpa. Will no experience be any hindrance for IIM .. Which colleges should I target Thanks
Hi everyone, I'm planning to prepare for CAT 2016. Could someone please guide me as to where to start? What would be a good way to begin? I'm from Mumbai and I'm planning to join IMS coaching classes for their April batch. Would this be a wise decision? Anything else that I need to do or any other suggestions?
This would be my first serious attempt at CAT. My earlier attempt with no preparation (CAT 2015) fetched me 86.05%ile. Also, I'm a General Engineering Female and my acads are:
X: 90.61%
XII: 84.67%
B.E (Mumbai university): 68.4%
I know my grad score might be a hindrance to getting calls from some of the top colleges, but I'd still like to know what are my chances and what percentile would be needed to get into the best b-schools of the country.
