Congrats to all those who cleared the IIFT prelims. You have a headstart in preps for GD/PI, and don't lose that. IIFT traditionally gives a lot of importance to the score, but still, if you give a good performance, you will clear it.

I will be in Cochin in the last week of Dec and in the first week of Jan. So you guys continue with the meet.

Guys Count me In..basically from Trivandrum but I am now in pune.. working for HCL Bangalore and now in HSBC bank (Client Location) IIM obviously is my aim.

Coming to the point, I was searching for some online study materials to start with, and came across this site fireup dot co dot in . Saw there was some materials which actualy promised some wonders but I need help in finding out whether it is worth or not. I am planning to join some weekend classes in a reputed institute, but for starters i need some materials..

Jus cheked out the site , i dont know , m none:nono: to comment on how gud it is... but its the first time i m hearing about it.. Dhiresh s the one to comment on this , i d say b4 u go 4 the kill , chek out testfunda ,tcyonline.com etc and compare

Also , PG is THE best resource for CAT preps , so utilise the threads of PG tooo...

never heard of fireup, bt if u want online test prep resources, i wud recommend testfunda. having taken deir courses myself, i cn assure u abt deir stndrds...bt yeah, u cn wait fr sumty, bcz dey offer grt discounts once d results r out...

PS: if u want sumthng free, sign up fr testfunda's cat question a day nd daiily wordlist. dey r of grt quality nd r immensely helpful..:):):).

Ans) Consider a 2x2 square of trees. In such an arrangement its obvious that you cannot cut more than 1 tree satisfying the above condition. Now this 2x2 arrangement is replicated 1600 times to get a square arrangement of 6400 trees. So answer is 1600 trees 😃
