We, at VBS believe that faculties are the stars of the institute. We have a distinguished faculty who have been a part of JBIMS for over 15 years. Many Faculties have also completed their studies at reputed colleges like IIT, IIM etc and have more than 15 years of Industry Experience. They are constantly upgrading their knowledge s as to be updated about the industry trends and practices. They Inspire students to perform their best, and conduct workshops, training programs & seminars Regularly.
VBS has been conducting multiple programs on faculty development. Faculties at VBS attend many training programs, seminars and conferences conducted by different other institutes like IIM A and such. The campus of VBS is located in the centre of Mumbai and is very huge. VBS has been recognized among the Top-10 B Schools by the Times of India Survey. The campus is nearly 9 to 10 acres in size.
The advantage of such a huge and diverse college is that there are many opportunities for a student to interact with faculty and people from different domains. There are multiple Inter College & Intra-Collegiate Competitions held in which the student can participate and showcase their respective talent.
A good manager and leader are supposed to have the ability to understand a different perspective. We, at VBS, promote such an approach and encourage students to strengthen such skills.
We at VBS believe in a multi-disciplinary approach and so we have designed our curriculum to support the same. We have optional electives to be chosen for a few subjects from different domains.

• Classrooms: - They are connected with internet connectivity, advanced audio & video facilities and also well air conditioned to all the classrooms in our college.
• Library: - Our library has 15,000+ Books as well as many periodicals which covers on various topics such as management, technology, etc. It is also enabled with internet connection and a separate audio & visual section. Our college also has a digital library which has gone ahead to procure kindle in it.
• Auditorium: - This is well equipped where LCD Projectors are also there which helps us for panel discussions, meetings, seminars, gatherings, presentations, Simulations, Workshops, etc.
• Laboratory: - This has a state of the art analytics with the advanced software tools for better learning purposes.
• IT Infrastructure: - Robust IT infrastructure that ensures security and minimum downtime is also enabled with Wi-Fi.
• Meditation Room: - After the lectures or after our exams are over we all of us go to our meditation room to de-stress ourselves with our busy daily routine. I must say I have become calmer and doing meditation helped me a lot. I was earlier someone who used to work with hurry and couldn’t manage my daily tasks. But now I can manage all my targets and tasks properly. This became only possible because I started to mediate and helped myself to work hard and manage things all well.
• Cafeteria: - These is one of the place where we friends can come together and chit chat and discuss upon each other’s experience, solve doubts, eat and have a cup of tea. Cafeteria is very good it has also kept in mind for the menu about the hostel students and hence, we are served healthy food which is tasty and delicious, and many more
