Which is good - ATC aai or JTO bsnl ??? many r suggesting to go with JTO since it is a good job ...ATC is very stressful job with not much interesting .. everyday doing same things... also sayng there are further exams after selecting into atc for getting to higher posts.. what u guys think ???
its a humble request to those candidate who cleared both ATC AND BSNL JTO, please jst write both in comment , guys please we some people are waiting for 2nd list, if we knw that, hw many f u will join or not, so that we can predict ..the non reporting candidate in ATC, .. its a request
Guys the fact is that those who are tech enthusiasts please do not join ATC because its 95% nontechnical job and only 5% technical. Please ask your brain before joining, there should not be any regret later. Also it has a bond for 3 years so you will not be able to prepare for any other exam. That's why its a request that only those people join ATC who are willing to spend their whole life with this job.

aaj AAI ke cargo, operations & IT ka result aaya hai mechanical guys go for cargo or other PSU jobs thats better for u... operation job profile is better... so guys ATC will be last option due to stressful work, bond amount & bond duration 5 years.. 5 Lakh.. reast on u..
