When exactly will the final merit list be rolled out ?

The call letter mentions that I need to bring a print of my parent’s latest ITR. But since my father has passed away more than two years ago, I cannot find any details of login on the website for ITR download and cannot change the password too. I do not have any previous hardcopy of ITR, so I will not be able to produce a copy of the same. Please guide me what should I do, if I am asked to show the document on the day of the interview.
