Announcement of 3rd merit list depends on the movement of seats.
You will receive the next update on 18th of May 2022 around the same.

I think so too. For SIOM also same thing happened. The website showed the merit list was out but on portal nothing was updated.

yeahh!! then did it show after some time??
It showed old waiting list for the whole day. Got updated next day.
