But I would be really grateful to all if someone could post some relevant materials as well for the exam like study materials or past years papers!!!:-)
For Prelims: GS-> In my view it is useful to read ncert books as the questions are direct and easy.In addition to NCERT books covering previous year solved papers, reading newspaper n magazines like PD and preparing MP specific knowlege is must.A general knowledge manual like Tata MC GRaw Hill could also be used for reference if the time permits.I have taken solved papers and a book by arihant publication "Know ur state MP" to prepare for MP specific Questions.
Aptitude:It's same as CSAT & other aptitude tests in terms of the topics covered.Only exception is the inclusion of Hindi Comprehension.
These are my views on prelims.
I have sociology and Pub Ad as optionals.
Any idea regarding the mains dates n preparation strategy for the mains?
@deepak1139 No. of selections for mains wud be 15 times the no. of vacancies( approx) as per the notification.
As per the key I m getting GS 132 , CSAT 140.Total 272/400..Paper was easy but due to changed pattern cutoff wud not go very high..in my opinion 70% for general should be a safe score this tym...let c..How much u scored..nd ur view on paper?
