MMS cut-off for Indira last year was above 96.5 Will it be the in the same range or will it increase as some the colleges have scrapped their MMS courses?

I have applied for refund on 14th June, till date I have not received it and nor the coordinators are helping it out. They are just telling me to wait and wait and wait
