Hi even i'v filled the fms course.My sis is a nift design student.... well she says it's pretty good.The course curriculum is very impressive, they make u work very hard....someone who gave the exam last year (cudn't clear Gd/pi) says sumtimes the packages go upto 7-8 lac pa also.
There are somelinks here at pg but go back to 2003 sumthing but helpful.
What i don't know is the gk these guys ask in the written exam......u have some idea?

hiiiiiiiii vaibhav. u wud b glad to know tht i m persuing fashion mgmt frm nift-mumbai.nd belive me,if u really want to become a part of elite classs,than this is the course for u.it promises u a gr8 career nd oppourtunity to grow faster nd bigger,.givn the fact tht all big indian corporate houses like rel,birlas,tatas,bharti,etc ve decided to make a foray in retailing,niftians r definitely gonna occupy a biiger pie of their req.nd b ready to face the reality,nift fms is not like ur normal mba course.its much more intrstng,challenging nd an acievment to boast about.nd god wiling if u happn to make it finally,u can easliy afford to pamper urself on the name prestigious NIFT.IF u need ny frthr enquiry u can mail me to [email protected], byeeeeeeee nd best of luck,

hi friendz,

i am appearing for nift entrance exam this yr for pg course in fashion management.I have certain queries ,plzz help

1.What is the level of quant in nift PGFM paper?
2.What is the pattern of the paper as in the number of questions ,marks distribution etc.?
3.What are the placement prospects after doin this c course as compared to specialization in other streams like finance marketing frm a class mba colleges?

Also,i would like to know if there is any analysis available of the last year NIFT Papers online.Plz provide d link.

i AM SORI TO HELP U, BUT I THINK course content u will get in Prospectures yar, i need one help i need last years nift Entrance exam paper, i am giving this year NIFT- PGMT.

Go through previous years papers provided on NIFT website/with ur admit card. They will give u good idea about examination pattern and other things.
Placement prospects are also discussed in previous threads.. have a look.

puys i am GONNA FILL UP THE FORM FOR nift fASHION mangement COURSE.......even though it sounds exciting but i dont know much about it ....any body plz provide me with ans to foll queries

1) WAT IS THE CAREER PROSPECT LIKE after completing Fashion mangement...ie placements,career growth,till wht level can u grow
2) IS there any other better institute than NIFT DELHI to do fashion mangment in india

bloddy hell.. most of Management students are getting 3 to 4 lac..in hand it hardly comes 25,000/ only.
its not great wn it cms to money but crowd rocks.. apparel industry ruled by NIFTians..

Hi, all appering for Nift-2007
I have made one List (after going from allthe nift sample papers), on what topics we need to prepare,
Like, Smallest couty, smallest poplulation country, Oyampic and Asain games (where held last and where going to held)
, Indian deginers and their brand showrroms name, Company brands, and their Outlets, Little bit about Exim policy,

all this their are lot of points, what v all can come together can solve the sample papers,
Neha is appering this year, any body else, u can share his ideas,
