The pattern of RBI Recruitment exercise is going to change from next year On wards . It will be based on UPSC pattern and Only 'Specialists' are going to be recruited and Not the 'Generalists' (means Grade B General). It is better to prepare for other exams if one is not an Economics/Finance/MBA Graduate.
