I had received this PM a long back in Jan...then it was about 45 days to go for MHCET 2010...posting the conversation...
Sender: I am preparing for CET 2010...please tell me how to go for it...I want top 5 colleges in Mumbai.
Me: As the time is less I will suggest get ur basics cleared in 20 days or so and then solve as many practice papers as u can...get a hold of gud guide like Chadresh Agrawal/R S Agrawal for practice. It will help you....

Well right now I am able to recall 1 such incident.
It happened last year when 1 week before SNAP exam I took the initiative to start an exclusive GK thread. I started digging out PD issues of the year to provide month wise events information .This went on for 6 days.
1 day before the exam I got a PM. It was from a girl who has remained a member of PG for quite a long time now.
It was like this....
"Kudos for your efforts on the GK thread. But tell me one thing- you keep writing about PD Jan issue, PD Feb issue and so on and so forth. What the hell is this PD??"
:wow:Oh Lord!!, Lote me doob jane ka mann kiya tha. Then I wrote to her
" Mam, PD is Pratiyogita Darpan. All the best for tomorrow's exam.":|
This was from my side. I always had this incident in mind so thought of sharing it.
Was nt aware that such an thread exits ..My Bad ...
bt always wanted 2 share such an incident.It happened 3 months back and I have no idea what the user meant and seriously I do not want to decipher it .... u will know why ...He was a guy

Hi ,
I recieved a PM few days back which was actually a response to one of the threads i have posted.
In the post,i just talked about DMS and the placements and strengths of DMS and never discussed about other colleges and compared with any.
But the guy sent me a PM saying that "how can i say that DMS is better than *** college in terms of operations ,what is the authenticity of my info. and asked for the source of info. etc."
I went back to the thread to verify what exactly i have posted there and just to find that i didn't even talk about other colleges.
So i responded him and he didn't reply next time.
