What are the other modes of payment apart from cash? Will cheques or DD work? 49k is a hugh sum of money to be carried around by outstation candidates. Also the withdrawl limit per day is not that high. Please suggest some solutions

My graduation college has issued me the Migration and Character Certificates and has sent it via post to my home address. However I might not recieve it till the day of the counselling. What are the alternatives if I am not able to produce the migration and character certificate on the day of the counselling?

being a waiting list candidate do we have to carry the fee amount and what happens if we receive paid seat ?How much amount to carry as the will take only cash or card? & Is there any admit card issued for counselling ?

Travelled 950km for document verification and counselling but as I was in waiting list and number of seats were full in my category so was asked to leave without even document verification, Was informed if seats will be vacant we would be informed by mail and thrice the number of vacant seats candidates will be called. At least there would have been document verification. Our travel wouldn't be useless.
