As per the schedule released by Joint Engineering Exam (JEE) 2017 authorities, JEE Advanced to be held on May 21, 2017. Registrations for the JEE advanced likely, to begin from the fourth week of April. The Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry took a significant decision regarding Joint Engineering Exam (JEE) 2017. It was decided that class 12 marks of the students will not be considered while admitting them to undergraduate courses of engineering at IITs, NITs and IIITs. It was decided that they will only be a qualifying benchmark for students to appear for the JEE.
As per the tentative schedule released by JEE authorities, the registration process for JEE (Advanced) 2017 will commence from fourth week of April, 2017. “Most of the boards will have declared their results by the end of April. With the criteria that the students must be in the top-20 percentile or should have scored above 75% to be eligible for JEE, this will be the ideal time for students to begin registrations.” says a junior official from IIT Madras. IIT Madras is the conducting institute for JEE Advanced 2017.

Admit cards to be available for download between second to fourth week of May, 2017
JEE Advanced will be conducted on May 21, 2017
ORS and scanned responses likely to be displayed during in the first week of June, 2017
Online display of Answer keys during in the second week of June, 2017
Candidates can submit feedback and comments on answer keys from second week of June, 2017
Results of JEE advanced 2017 will be released in the third week of June, 2017
A candidate is allowed to appear for JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in consecutive years. Therefore, candidates who appeared in JEE (Advanced) 2016 for the first time are also eligible.
