Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for the posts of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale-II: General Banking Officer (Manager), Officer Scale-II: Specialist Officers (Manager), Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) for participating organisations. 52 Gramin Banks (Regional Rural banks) operating across India participate in this recruitment process.
Applications for IBPS RRB 2018 have been concluded. The Preliminary and Mains Examination has also been concluded for IBPS RRB 2018. On 16th November, IBPS RRB released Provisional allotment results along with the reserve merit list for CRP RRBs VI Office Assistant, Officers Scale I.
IBPS RRB Vacancies
For 2018, IBPS released a total of 5249 Vacancies for the Post of RRB Office Assistants and a total of 3312 vacancies announced for the post Officer Scale -I. There total vacancies 10190 Vacancies including the posts of Officer Scale II – Manager and Officer Scale III – Senior Manager vacancies (requiring minimum former work experience of 1-2 years). The state-wise breakup of the vacancies can be viewed in the Annexure I of the detailed notification.
IBPS RRB Important Dates
The IBPS RRB (CRP RRBs VI) process for 2018-19 has been concluded with IBPS releasing the Provisional Allotment on 16th November 2018. The Reserve List for IBPS RRB 2018-19 has also been declared.
In 2018, the RRB examination registration process was started on 8th June and concluded by 2nd July. The two stage examinations (Officer Scale I and Office Assistant) were conducted in August and September/October and the Single Stage Exam (Officer Scale II and III) was conducted in September end. Entire exam process has been wrapped up by 16th November 2018.

I. Nationality / CitizenshipIBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must qualify as one of the following:
(i) an Indian citizen
(ii) a Nepalese or Bhutanese subject
(iii) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 (intending to permanently settle in India)
(iv) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Candidates belonging to categories (ii through iv) will need to procure relevant certificate from Government of India.

IBPS RRB 2018 Registration
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Regional Rural Bank’s recruitment examinations for candidates interested in filling the positions for Officers Scale I, II and III alongside the office assistants for the year 2019. The registration has already begun for the exam and there are around 10,000+ seats available.

- Visit the official IBPS RRB portal and click on the link for IBPS RRB exam 2019. Read details carefully and fill the form.
- The form requires details like exam applied for, nationality and your personal details. Also requires your previous mark sheets from 10th
- There is a need to upload images of various certificates and the like. A photo of dimension 4.5×3.5 and should be around 40-50 KB.
- Candidates must pay the challan online using debit/credit card, e-banking or e-challan. After paying the fees, take a hard copy of the page as evidence.

IBPS RRB Exam Pattern
IBPS RRB Examination has both two stage examination (For Scale I and Office Assistant) and single-stage examination (for Officer Scale II/Scale III). The preliminary exam has 2 sections – Reasoning and Numerical Ability and is of 45 mins duration. The Mains Exam and Single Stage exam (for Officer Scale II – GBO and Officer Scale III) and follows the same pattern – a paper comprising 5 sections of 2 hours duration. - For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.

IBPS CRP RRB Exam Syllabus

Admit Card Important Dates
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will release the separate admit card for each step of the selection process. The selection process will include the prelims examination, mains examination and interview. Therefore the three admit card will issued to the candidates separately – Candidates who will clear the prelims exam will be issued the admit card for mains and those who clear the mains examination will receive the admit card for the final round which is the interview round.

IBPS RRB 2018 Result
IBPS releases result for evert stage of RRB Exam process. Candidates qualifying in prelim will be eligible to appear for Mains exam and those qualifying Mains exam cutoff will be called for IBPS RRB Interview. The final result (Merit List) will be calculated on the cumulative performance of candidates in Mains Exam and the Interview Process.

IBPS displayed RRB Result from 14th September to 24th September. Candidates who had qualified Prelim exam were able to download Admit Card for Mains Examination.
