Cat percentiles VA-95, LR -71, QA-49.94 ( actual score 5.5) (messed up big time :/)

OA: 81.07 percentile

10th- 9.8 gpa  12th 90.8%  undergrad: 5.1 fresher

I got 89.87 percentile in cat 2020. I'm a BBA graduate. And got work experience of around 6 months. So should I apply for UBS Chandigarh MBA core? I need genuine suggestion as I can't really afford to waste my form fee incase if I don't receive the GDPI call you know.
