Dear Pagal veterans,
Need your opinion. My career has plateaued heavily since last 2-3 years, tried a lot to get into Automotive sector in a strategist, consultant or advisory role but to no avail due to no relevant experience. Executive courses are ruled out, since am trying to change both my industry as well as role.
I scored 86 in X, 76 in Xii and 61 in B Tech (NIT Allahabad). IT male with 11 years of experience. Last GMAT bombed (570, Q46, V23). Please share your opinion. Keeping it short due to 100 words limit.
Regards, Abhishek.
Ever since childhood, I had been drawn to automobiles. So much so that in 2006, I managed to convince Mr. Jagadish Khattar then MD of MUL and went to Gurgaon to get interviewed. Have sent push application to almost every OEM and the big 4, but to no avail.
I guess US programmes are averse to take fellows in my age. So what are my options. Yes, IMD is a very good option but they are sooper selective too with only 90 seats on offer. UK colleges are also ruled out, due to VISA restrictions. I intend to work a good amount of time overseas before coming back.
If not Automotives, am also open to Retail (UNilever, P&G, R&B, ITC etc), but definitely not IT which I am 100% sure of. Sameer Kamat and all you veterans, please help.
Abhishek
I understand the way you feel. My man met me at https://topasianbrides.com/lovingfeel-review/ and we made a child. Then we got divorsed and now i have child and no job. My only option now is working as a freelance copywriter for some money.
