Woxsen University encourages high-achieving students to apply for scholarships. All students applying for admission to undergraduate or postgraduate programs are automatically considered for scholarships.

Merit scholarships at Woxsen University are awarded based on the Composite Score of students, with a maximum scholarship of 50% for both UG and PG programs.

Please note that scholarships are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis during the initial phase of our application cycle. Candidates interested in applying for scholarships are advised to do so promptly.

Details about scholarships are included in the Admission Offer Letter, which is sent to students who have completed the entire admission process successfully. Students are required to accept their admission within a week by paying the commitment fees specified in the fee structure of their chosen program.

Types of Scholarships

Woxsen offers two types of scholarships, each providing up to 50% coverage. In the academic year 2023, the university awarded scholarships totaling INR 40 crores across various programs.

1. Merit-Based Scholarship: This scholarship recognises candidates with outstanding academic achievements, evidenced by previous academic records, composite entrance test scores, and overall performance.
2. Sports Scholarship: Awarded to student-athletes who demonstrate exceptional sports skills and potential, this scholarship supports their dual pursuit of academic and athletic excellence. It also grants access to professional-standard facilities at Woxsen's 60-acre sports arena.

Woxsen School of Business Facilities

The Woxsen campus is a self-contained ecosystem that offers students extensive facilities to learn, practice, and develop their ideas and skills. Designed to promote a healthy exchange of knowledge and holistic development, Woxsen’s 200-acre campus features over 3 million square feet of world-class facilities, including academic blocks, state-of-the-art labs and studios, a trade tower, and accommodation and recreation facilities for both students and faculty.

The Sports Arena, one of the largest in South Asia, hosts a variety of sports. Students can relax by playing their favorite sports or visiting the fully equipped in-house gymnasium for fitness enthusiasts.

Key Facilities:

• Vithal Gandhi Centre (Central Library): A state-of-the-art facility spanning 70,000 square feet, offering access to over 18,000 offline and 33,000+ online resources, including internationally recognised books, journals, reports, and more. It is one of the largest libraries in India.

• Trade Tower: Designed to foster entrepreneurial growth, this facility is accessible to students with promising business ideas and sustainable plans. Non-student entrepreneurs can also access the Trade Tower for a nominal fee, based on the merit of their business plans.

• Bloomberg Finance Lab: Featuring 20 Bloomberg terminals, this lab equips students with a diverse skill set in financial services and capital markets, offering real-time data and advanced technologies.

• AI & Robotics Lab: Equipped with the latest GPUs from NVIDIA and updated IMACs, this lab supports complex algorithms and is open 24/7 for students, faculty, and staff. It focuses on data science, data analytics, predictive analytics, and more.

• Analytics & Behavioural Lab: A platform for collaboration in business data analysis, aiming to solve industry and behavioral scenarios through experimentation and data analysis, and fostering industry-driven projects and collaborations.

• Accommodation: Fully furnished rooms with en-suite facilities and housekeeping services.

• Sports Arena: Named "The League," it includes a variety of sporting facilities such as a box cricket arena, ICC-level cricket ground, FIFA-quality synthetic turf football fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, a golf range, and a swimming pool.

• Tuck Shop: A 2,000-square-foot FSSAI-approved store offering stationery, food and beverages, clothing, essentials, self-care items, and university merchandise, accepting all forms of digital payments.
