Campus and Facilities
The campus features nine hostels: two are co-ed, three are exclusively for girls, and four are exclusively for boys. The co-ed hostels are particularly popular. Girls can visit the boys' hostels at any time, and each hostel has common rooms for group assignments, committee meetings, or watching important matches. The mess food is decent, which is convenient since going out frequently isn't practical, and the taste grows on you over time. Only one hostel is air-conditioned, and it is more expensive; the rest are non-A/C. First-year students typically share double rooms, while second-year students have single rooms. This arrangement encourages socialisation and teaches valuable lessons about sharing and adjusting to living with others. Due to the rigorous schedule of classes and assignments, students often spend minimal time in their hostels, mostly just for sleeping or studying. GIM is active 24/7 with continuous activities, whether it's assignments, presentation preparations, or casual conversations in the common rooms. The hostel life at GIM fosters strong bonds, as students share not only their living space but also experiences such as parties, assignments, study groups, gossip sessions, and game nights, creating lasting friendships.
As one of the leading MBA colleges in Goa, GIM's campus provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, including modern classrooms, well-equipped computer labs, a well-stocked library, and recreational facilities. The campus is set against the scenic backdrop of Goa, offering an ideal environment for learning and personal growth.
The GIM library houses over 24,800 management and related books. Additionally, it offers access to 50,000 online journals and maintains 103 hard copies of global management journals. GIM students have 24/7 access to the library.
