Centurion University Admissions Process:

To gain admission to CUTM, candidates are required to take the university's own entrance exam, known as CUEE (Centurion University Entrance Exam). Here are the steps for the application process:

Online Registration:

• • Step 1: Go to the official university website (https://www.cutm.ac.in) and click on 'Apply Now.'
  • Step 2: Register by providing a valid phone number and email address. An OTP will be sent to verify your details.
  • Step 3: Enter the OTP to complete the registration and proceed to the application.

Application Form:

• • Step 4: Use your CUEE login credentials to access the application form.
  • Step 5: Fill in the form with accurate information and upload the required documents.

Course Selection and Payment:

• • Step 6: Choose your desired courses and proceed to the payment section.
  • Step 7: Make a payment of INR 600 using Debit/Credit card or Net Banking.

Upon successful payment, candidates will receive a payment receipt and notification of the completed application process. It is essential to save this receipt for future reference.

Offline Registration Process:

For candidates opting for offline registration, here are the steps to follow:

1. Application Form:

   • Step 1: Download the CUEE 2024 Application Form.

2. Collect Application Form:

   • Step 2: Obtain the application form from the admission office located in the university's campuses at Pokhariput, Paralakhemundi, Jatni, and Bhubaneswar.

3. Form Completion:

   • Step 3: After filling out the application form, affix a color passport-size photograph on it.

4. Application Fee Payment:

   • Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 399 (applicable to all candidates) through a demand draft made out in favor of CSREM Trust, payable at Bhubaneswar. Write the candidate's name, application number, and contact number on the back of the demand draft.

5. Registration Fee:

   • Step 5: Additionally, candidates must pay INR 600 for the registration process.

6. Submission:

   • Step 6: Send the completed application form along with the necessary documents to the following address:

Selection Process for Undergraduate (UG) Courses at CUTM:

• For BBA, B.Com, and B.Sc. (Paramedics/General/Hons/Lateral): Admission is determined by evaluating the candidate's performance in previous qualifications and their score in CUEE, followed by a counseling process.
• For B.Tech: Admission is based on the candidate's academic achievements and their ranking in CUEE or JEE Main, followed by a counseling procedure.

CUTM PG Courses Selection Procedure 

• Admission to MBA specialisations are based on candidates’ marks in intermediate graduate and CUEE/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT
• M.Tech applicants will be admitted on the basis of their marks in B.E/ B.Tech and GATE.
• Admission to the MMA course is based on the applicant's rank and marks obtained in CUEE.
• Admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. courses are based on marks in GATE/ NET followed by a written test and personal interview conducted by the university.
