MBA at BITSoM
The BITS School of Management offers a two-year, full time residential MBA programme that will enable the aspirants to set strategic goals, and empower them to handle complex challenges through analytical thinking.
With an aim to redefine the paradigm of Business education, the curriculum is created and curated by industry experts in a 1600+ hour programme. The class has a capacity of 120 students, who will have regular industry exposure and hands-on learning. The MBA programme offers 70+ courses with 5 specialisations.
The MBA programme provides the essential skills needed in the workplace, alongside the contextual knowledge. The institute enables every student to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills, chisel their social and leadership abilities and sharpen their critical thinking for better problem solving.
Every candidate has an opportunity to choose specialization apart from the usual B-School offering – entrepreneurship and innovation, finance and investing, ecommerce and digital leadership, leadership and strategy, marketing and consumer insights.
Thus, a BITSoM graduate is equipped with core business courses and also with specific management practice in the chosen field.
Once at BITSoM, the students learn how to use design thinking, a technique adopted by the world’s most innovative companies, to define and address consumer needs. Also, the students are empowered with data science and analytics technique that can harness and unleash the power of analytics across sectors.

The students graduating from BITSoM will be awarded a Master’s in Business Administration degree by BITS Pilani, an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be a University estd. vide Sec.3 of the UGC Act,1956 under notification #F.12-23/63.U-2 of Jun 18,1964.
Experiential learning is the core of the BITSoM experience. During the two-year residential journey, the students get an opportunity to work on industry projects out in the field and also in study halls.
The institute also has a Professional Career Advancement Team on board to help the students with their career. This team includes skilled professionals that guide the students with corporate mentorship, internship assistance, career counselling and also resume review; which is backed by 55.000+ BITS alumni.
