Engineering Facilities at Andhra University
- Hostel: A limited number of students pursuing the 6-year B. Tech. + M. Tech. Dual Degree Course has access to a hostel. Hostels are allocated solely on the basis of merit. Food is hygienic, and Wi-Fi is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Each room contains four people.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the college. The college reserves the right to refuse to provide hostel accommodations to any student for any reason.
- Alumni Donation: Alumni of the college have donated for the construction of a 300-seat auditorium, a fully functional hospital, and a seminar hall worth more than INR 50 lakhs.

Q. Can I apply for the course if my graduation results are still pending?
Ans. Yes, applications for the Entrance Test are accepted. After clearing, 'provisional' admission will be granted, but the admission will not be confirmed until the mark sheet with the eligible aggregate is submitted to the University.
Q. Is counseling provided before admission?
Ans. Yes, students are counseled prior to admission. Attendance at the counseling session is required, and any student who fails to do so will not be considered for admission.
Q. Is it necessary to appear for entrance exams?
Ans. The merit of the entrance exams is used to determine admission to the courses. Students who do not take the entrance exams are not eligible for admission.
Q. Are the courses offered full-time?
Ans. Yes, the classes are full-time, and attendance is required. Students are not permitted to enroll in any other courses, and disciplinary action will be taken if found guilty.
Q. Can students with a Humanities background apply for UG courses in 10+2?
Ans. A minimum of 50% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is required for UG courses at AUCE (A). Students who did not complete the above-mentioned subjects in their 10+2 exams are not eligible for the courses.
