ATMA 2024 Exam Information

The ATMA exam in May 2024 has been extended till to May 25th. If you want to register for the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) 2024, you now have until May 16th. You can sign up on the official website atmaaims.com. The ATMA admit card for 2024 will be available on May 21st, 2024.

ATMA stands for AIMS Test for Management Admissions, which is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). The exam is conducted multiple times a year to provide admission to candidates into MBA, PGDM, MCA, and other management courses offered by various participating colleges across India. The exam is a computer-based test that assesses a candidate’s skills in areas like verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and analytical reasoning. The test is of 180 minutes duration and consists of 180 multiple-choice questions.

Students are advised to keep a track o the important dates that are associated with ATMA exam. The candidates have to pay the price of missing the deadline. Unnecessary stress will be placed on you, possibly affecting your level of preparation. It would lower your chances of getting a high score on that particular try. ATMA 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are satisfying the eligibility criteria alone will be allowed to appear for the exam. The eligibility criteria of ATMA is almost similar to many other exams which are conducted to get MBA admission. There are also eligibility criteria for colleges. It is important for students to verify whether the colleges for which they are applying had been recognised by All India Council for Technical Education/ University Grants Commission. Students should also verify whether that particular college accepts ATMA scores.

ATMA 2024 Exam Pattern

The ATMA Exam Pattern for 2024 is determined by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). According to this pattern, the ATMA exam is conducted online and exclusively in English. The question paper is divided into six sections, totaling 108 marks.

This skill test consists of 30 questions and 30 marks with one mark getting allocated to each other. The topics which are usually tested in the Analytical Reasoning skills I Test are as follows:

For the above syllabus, there are a lot of books available on the market. Selecting the right book is the most important thing. There are many who have the habit of reading a lot of books once. This is not the right approach. Candidates need to choose a book for a particular topic and go through it more than once to get a conceptual clarity. It is important to prepare notes for each topic so that it would help in the frequent revision. Please remember to take the notes clearly. Otherwise, it would create unnecessary confusion.

To improve the Vocabulary in a better way, read an English Newspaper every day. Try to find some unknown words every day and find the meaning. If you continue this exercise every day, then you can see a vast improvement in your vocabulary. For easy retaining, try to frame sentences using those words.

You can also refer to some topics on the internet. In certain sites, previous year questions are given. Practise those question papers too. The solutions for these questions are available either online or in some of the standard books.

You can find a number of materials of various institutes in the market. Select only those which are standard. But it always better to refer the books. These coaching institute materials can be used as a substitute only.
