The Zoological Survey of India, Kolkata, has invited applications for the posts of Junior Research Fellows and Post-Doctoral Fellows. The details of the vacancies are as follows:
Junior Research Fellows:
No. of vacancies: 10
Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Zoology/ Life Sciences with Zoology as a major subject in undergraduate/ post graduate course from a recognised university with at least 60% marks.
Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as on 01.04.2015.
Remuneration: Rs. 12,000/- + HRA (as per rules)
Post-Doctoral Fellows:
No. of vacancies: 05
Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Ph.D./ equivalent degree in Life Sciences/ Zoology from a recognized university in India.
Experience: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in teaching/ research with at least one research paper published in Science Citation Indexed journals.
Age Limit: Candidates must not be more than 35 years of age. Remuneration: Rs. 22,000 + HRA (as per rules)
