Hi guys and not to miss out girls.This is just an effort to share the 5 new vocab words I learned today in the form of a short article. Hope you could too revisit the vocab while reading it.
Today’s 5 : Abash,Abate,Abdicate,Aberrant,Aberration
The Night of ‘I’ at IIT Bombay’s MOOD-I
I boarded a bus from Borivali, retreating back after my brave attempt at another litmus test of the left side of my acumen(Dude we have two sides..gr8!!). I landed on my right foot at the IIT main gate , looking for some one with entry passes. Though I slipped passed the security at gate, then at the swimming pool checkpoint but was eventually withheld at the entrance of the mighty DJ arena.
The security cell coordinator efficiently ousted me. I was abashed(Ashamed) confused,disconcerted,ashamed,embarrassed. I felt pity for myself, to not have been able to make it to the IITs. The vigor in my spirit suddenly abated(lessen in intensity) declined, reduced,dwindled,and diminished at the feeling. But I quickly abdicated(to give up) renounced,relinquished,forsaken and abandoned my disheartening feelings and made an attempt to get in to feel the vibe anyways. Everyone seemed to rock as per the projections on the gigantic screen just across me.
I finally persuaded an IITian, and to my surprise I was handed over the pass in discrete. I entered after being frisked and checked ( because I was no different to the crowd). It was amazing, a crowd of tens of thousands and a single RJ swinging them on his fingertips. I was too aberrant(Deviating from normal path) deviating,diverging,atypically swinging; with my alternate hands waving at gushing waves of music amidst plethora of deadly dancers.
That night was different filled with aberrations(Deviations) diversions,deviations , compared to a daily typical standard night.
