Synovate Business Consulting offered management consulting roles, and firms such as Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj offered Real Estate consulting. i2 Technologies and CGN Consulting offered profiles like SCM consulting and operations consulting respectively.
The Banking & Finance sector attracted 24 pc students. Companies making offers include private equity players such as Horizon Asset Management, Avigo Capital Partners and social venture fund Acumen Funds. Other companies representing financial sector include Barclays Capital, Yes Bank, Anand Rathi, Aranca, HSBC Analytics, Innovest India, Credence Analytics, Latent View Analytics, Infiniti Research and Futures First. Profiles on offer include investment banking, equity research, and investment research.
The Marketing and FMCG companies like ITC, CavinKare, Xerox, Mahindra and Mahindra, RPG and Cadbury’s. Aricent and Honeywell offered technical marketing profiles for their internship programs. 20 pc of students were recruited in this sector.
