Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission invites dedicated professionals to apply for MissionManager/Consultant/Account Officer and Account Assistant openings at the state level, district and block levels. Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (UPSRLM) is an autonomous registered society under the aegis of Rural Development Department, Govt of UP. It is mandated to implement the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) across the state.
The eligible candidates can apply to the post as per the guidelines before the last date, i.e. 31 August 2018.

Educational Qualification-Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Rural Development/ Social Work/MBA/Development Studies from recognized university/institute/or PG Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university/institute with at least 55% minimum marks or equivalent grade. Work Experience- Should have at least 07 years of relevant post qualification work experiencein developing or executing MIS in a reputated organization, in the field of monitoring, evaluation, learning and strong acumen in conducting development, SHG’s and institution development and have strong knowledge of IT based monitoring tools and systems at state/national level of which at least 2 years should at State/ National level. |

Should have experiences on procurements norms and policies of Govt/ other international agencies, experience in working of a world bank funded Mission at the state/national level of which at least 2 years should be at State/ National level. |

Education Qualification : Post Graduation in management/ Engineering/Rural management/ Development. Should have strong numeracy and business skills. Work Experience :-This position requires minimum of 07 years of experience of working in poverty reduction programmes, with at least three years of working on livelihood promotion in the non-farm livelihood sector. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years in a private sector organization managing a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) would be preferred. |

Work Experience : Should have at least 7 years of post-qualification work experience in livelihoods, rural poverty reduction programs, sustainable agriculture, livestock, value chain interventions and relevant sectors through farmers group /farmers companies in large scale programs. |

Should have experiencein taxation and other statutory formalities of government/and other international agencies, experience in working of a world bank funded Mission at the state/national level of which at least 2 years should be at District/ State/ National level. |
