The result for the CDS – Combined Defence Services Examination (II), (CDS II) 2019 exam has been announced by the UPSC – Union Public Service Commission. Candidates who have appeared for UPSC CDS II exam can check their results on the official website of UPSC.
Candidates qualifying in UPSC CDS II 2019 exam will be able to appear for the interview round. The total number of candidates qualified for the interview round is 8120. The UPSC CDS II exam was held on 8th September 2019.
This recruitment drive is being held for taking admission to i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 149th Course commencing in July 2020 Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July, 2020 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (208 F(P)) commencing in July, 2020 (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 112th SSC (Men) Course (NT) commencing in October, 2020 and (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 26th SSC Women (Non-Technical) commencing in October 2020.
The official web link of UPSC through which the candidates can check the UPSC CDS II results 2019 is www.upsc.gov.in . The exam was being held across the country in various exam centres.
Steps to download UPSC CDS result 2019:
- Visit the official UPSC website.
- Click on “Results” link on the homepage of UPSC.
- You will be able to open a PDF file.
- Check and download the result.
- Print the result to refer it in the future.
Candidates qualified in the written exam of UPSC CDS 2019 must register themselves online on the Indian Army Recruiting website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks from today onward. The result will be available on the website for a period of 60 days.
