Pay Scale:
The pay scale will be as per the 7th central pay commission.
Age Limit:
Candidates must not be more than 40 years of age.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must be having a degree in law from a recognized University.
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience at bar dealing with criminal laws in case of LLB.
- 1-year experience at bar dealing with criminal lawyers in case of LLM.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST or any other reserved categories will be having relaxation as per the government norms. The post is also applicable for the physically challenged persons. The selected candidates will be based at Directorate of Enforcement, New Delhi. Candidates will have to appear in court on behalf of the Central Government.
