Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) Building Tripura got her statehood on 21st Jan 1972, and It was estd. on 30th Oct 1972, under the provisions of Article 315 of the Constitution of India. Sri G.P.Bagchi was the first Chairman, and Sri I. K. Roy was the first Member of the Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) at present, it is located at the old Assembly House of Tripura, at Akhaura Road, Agartala.

Essential Qualification
- Must have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent from a recognised Board.
- Must have knowledge of typing in a computer with an accurate speed of 40 words per minute.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge.

Upper Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH candidates.
