Most of us (MBA aspirants) dream of making a place for our self in the awe inspiring, money bleeding and often considered (unfairly) to be as cold as ice, corporate world. Suits (It’s not a movie but couldn’t find a TV Series Channel) is a lens that arguably provides a good look into that world, and a pretty transparent one at that. Harvey Specter on the one hand, a man oozing confidence, expertise, arrogance, a pinch of emotions and a LOT of style; Mike Ross on the other a newbie, a fraud, a genius and often emotionally susceptible (ironically that’s what makes him strong), these are the two people many of us would like to be, minus of course the fraud part from Mike and from Harvey the arrogan…no he’s perfect. Other characters, Louis, Rachel, Donna, Jessica and so on, provide a different perspective of what part you want to be playing when graduate from a B-school. Suits, I hope, will teach you how you don’t just survive but thrive in a competitive world without (mostly) stepping on others. The crests and troughs, the feuds and the settlements, the laughs and the cries, all packed in a journey that’s going to leave with an unquenchable thirst for more.
