After success in the Preliminary round of IIT Guwahati ‘Technothlon’ competition, teams of Kota’s coaching institutes gear up for ‘Mains’ which is the final round of Technothlon from 3rd to 6th September.
A total of 12 teams from Allen Career Institute, and 5
from Resonance Eduventures Pvt. Ltd., Kota were selected in the first round o f
the competition.
Director, Allen Career Institute, Kota, Brajesh Maheshwari
informed that Allen’s 2 teams remained in Top 10 teams, in first round of
Technothlon. A total of 50 teams from 200 cities across country have been
selected in the first round. “Mathematics Puzzles and Code Crunches were asked
in objective and subjective type of questions.” he said. He also added that the
students of their institute, who are now selected in the first round, are well
prepared for the final round.
Nilesh Gupta of Resonance Institute, Kota informed that the
teams of Resonance includes 2 junior team from Kota center, 2 senior teams from
Jaipur center, and 1 senior team from Ahmedabad center will participate in the
final round of Technothlon. Technothlon is an All India School level annual
competition which is held in two sections. The junior section, which includes students
of 9th and 10th std, and Senior Section comprising of 11th
and 12th standard. The successful students of final round would be
awarded Silver Certificates. “Our teams are geared up for the final round of
Technothlon.” said Gupta.
Nationwide selected teams would participate in the final
round of Technothlon during the Technical Management Festival of IIT-Guwahati; ‘Techniche’
from 3rd to 6th September. The final round would be
held in two sections of the students of class 9th to 12th in which the students would be given
different projects. In the final round, Mental ability, analytical thinking
ability, aptitude and logical approach of the students will be tested during
the final round.
