Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the SSC CGL Tier 2 Result 2019 on Friday, October 25, 2019.
According to the official notification provided in the provisions of the Notice of Examination, the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in Tier-I and Tier-II have been acknowledged for short-listing the candidates to appear in Tier-III. And the Marks of the qualified or non-qualified candidates and Final Answer Keys simultaneously with the Question Paper(s) in a standard format will be hosted on the website of the Commission soon.
The exams of SSC CGL Tier-II Exam was led on September 11 and 13, 2019. The SSC CGL Tier-III examination will be carried on December 29, 2019, in a single shift.
The candidates, who gave their SSC CGL Tier 2 examination, can check their results from the SSC official website – https://ssc.nic.in/.
The Least qualifying SSC CGL marks in Tier-I, each Paper of Tier-II and Tier-III Examination are as follows:
1 UR-30%
2 OBC/ EWS-25%
3 Others-20%
Following the aggregate performance in Tier-I and Tier-II Examinations, candidates will be shortlisted for evaluation of the Tier-III Examination. The aspirants who are didn’t passed in Tier-II will not be eligible for evaluation of Tier-III and they will not be counted for the further selection process.

The candidates shall note that Paper in Tier-III will have to be written either in Hindi or in English. And the Part paper written in Hindi and Part in English will be awarded zero marks respectively.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) administers the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam in four levels for various posts.
- Tier – I is an Objective Multiple Choice conducted in the form of Computer-Based Examination i.e. Online.
- Tier – II is an Objective Multiple Choice which shall be also the Computer-Based Examination i.e. Online format.
- Tier – III is Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi which is in the Pen and Paper mode i.e. offline mode.
- Tier – IV shall be the Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test which shall be Computer-Based.
