Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the northern region has released the admit cardsfor the candidates who are eligible for appearing in the Combined Graduate Level 2018-19 Tier 2 exam. The examination for the SSC CGL Tier 2 will be conducted between 11th September 2019 and 14th September 2019. Candidates from the northern region, who have cleared the Tier 1 exam, can download their e-admit card for the CGL Tier 2 exam from the official website of the SSC NR Region i.e. www.sscnr.net.in.
Candidates will need to log-on to the official website of the SSC NR Region and provide their registration number and other details to download the admit card. The Tier 2 exam is a computer based exam and only those candidates who have qualified the Tier 1 exam can download this admit card.

Steps to download the SSC Northern Region CGL Tier 2 Admit Card 2019
To appear for the SSC Northern Region CGL Tier 2 exam, all eligible candidates must carry the copy of the admit card to the examination centre. If any candidate does not carry the admit card, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Candidates must keep their registration number, roll number and other information readily accessible while downloading the admit card. Step 1: Log on to the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Northern Region i.e. www.sscnr.net.in. on your computer.
Step 2: Now, you must click on the link “STATUS / DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL(TIER-II) 2018 TO BE HELD FROM 11/09/2019 TO 14/09/2019” which is present on the home page itself.
Step 3: Once you click on the new link, you will be redirected to a new page on your computer.
Step 4: Now, you will be prompted to enter your registration number/roll number along with your date of birth.
Step 5: After, you have entered the information, click on the search button.
Step 6: You must now be able to see your SSC Northern Region CGL Admit Card 2019.
Step 7: Make sure that you download your SSC CGL Admit Card 2019 and save it on your computer.
Step 8: Ensure that you take a printout of the admit card and keep it stored safely for future requirements.
Importance of the SSC CGL Tier 2 examination
1. The examination for the SSC CGL Tier 2 is being conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for Selection of suitable candidates non-gazetted and non-technical posts with various central government departments and ministries. The recruitments are for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts such as preventive officers, assistant section officer etc.
2. The SSC CGL Tier 2 examination is a multiple-choice type exam. Candidates will have to answer questions from different subjects. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
