The Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering & Research (SAMEER), a scientific society under the Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, has invited applications from eligible candidates for the posts of scientists. The details of the vacancies are:

Essential Qualification
Candidates must possess a First class degree (at least 60% or an equivalent CGPA) from a recognised university/institute. In addition, candidates should possess the prescribed experience for their respective post as specified in the recruitment notice.
Age limit
Scientist C – Candidates must not be more than 40 years of age
Scientist B – Candidates must not be more than 35 years of age
Scientific Officer SB – Candidates must not be more than 35 years of age
(The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years and 3 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/regular govt. servant categories and OBC category respectively.)
