The State Bank of India declared the results for SBI Probationary Officer (PO) Main Exam on August 19,2016. Around 4767 candidates have cleared the Phase-II (Main) exam and thus qualifying for Phase III (Group Discussion and Interview).

SBI has also notified that the Phase – III (Group Discussion and Interview) will commence from 01-09-2016. Candidates shortlisted are being notofied by way of SMS and email seperately. Candidates are advised to visit Bank’s website www.sbi.co.in/careers or www.statebankofindia.com/careers to download Call-Letter for GD-cum-Interview and Bio-Data Form from 24-08-2016 onwards.
The SBI PO 2016 exam was conducted on July 31, 2016, for a total of 2,200 vacancies. Out of which 1,028 seats are for general category candidates, 590 for Other Backward Class (OBC), 351 for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 231 for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates.
