The Sainik Schools Society has released the examination date for the AISEE (All India Sainik School Entrance Examination) 2020, and it is scheduled to be conducted on January 5, 2020. The examination is organised by the Sainik Schools Society. Admissions of the students into the Sainik Schools will be evaluated based on their performance in the AISEE.
However, to appear for the examinations, students have to register online through the official website of the Sainik Schools Society: sainikschooladmission.in. The last date for the online registrations for students applying for the admissions into class 6th and 9th is today, i.e., September 24, 2019.
Students or parents can visit the official website and follow the online registration procedure to register the students for the examination and from December 2, 2019, students can download the admit card online. The Sainik Schools Society has also mentioned helpline numbers 7827969316, 7827969318 to answer/ solve any queries/ concerns of the students and parents at the time of online application.
The AISEE 2020 will be conducted for a total of 300 marks for the class 6th admissions and a total of 400 marks for the class 9th admission. To qualify, the students should manage to score at least 25% marks in each subject and 40% marks in total.
The registration link for the application will be active until today and post which the link will be deactivated by the Sainik Schools Society. All the Sainik Schools are affiliated to CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). There are 31 Sainik Schools across various states and districts in India.
The schools emphasise on installing leadership qualities and discipline among the students from a young age. The ongoing admission process is only for boys except for the Sainik School in Chhingchhip, where applications for the girl students are also accepted. However, from the year 2021, The Sainik Schools Society is planning to accept the , of the girl students into the Sainik Schools as well.
AISSEE 2020: How to apply
Students or parents aspiring for the admissions into Sainik Schools for classes 6 and 9 can apply online for the same until today. Post which the online application will be de-activated by the Sainik Schools Society. Students can follow the below-mentioned steps to apply online for the AISSEE 2020.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Sainik Schools Society: sainikschooladmission.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link ‘Application Form.’
Step 3: Information bulletin will be displayed on the screen, read it carefully
Step 4: Check on the declaration box at the bottom of the information bulletin and click on the ‘proceed to fill the application form’ link
Step 5: Fill the application form and save
Step 6: Upload the scanned copies of the passport size photograph and the signature of the candidate in the specified panel
Step 7: Upload the scanned copies of the required documents/ certificates
Step 8: Make the payment for the application fee through the preferred online mode
Step 9: Once the payment is successful, a copy of the completed application form will be displayed on the screen, download and take a printout for further use
