IRMA Social Entrepreneurship Cell (iSEC), recently conducted a talk with Mr. Inir Pinheiro, Managing Director at Grassroutes and winner of Karamveer Puraskar under the “Vartalaap” series of talks.
Mr. Inir is an XIMB-RM alumnus and is recognized by Outlook Business as one of the 50 Social Entrepreneurs Changing India.
The interactive session was mainly focused on the trending topic doing rounds in the entrepreneurial circle: ‘Rural Tourism’.
He talked extensively about the initialization of this concept, current market trends, and future prospect.
He also took the participants through the journey of Grass-routes, his struggling days and what kept him going.
iSEC is a student body at IRMA strives to give impetus to the mission of IRMA by facilitating the creation of effective and scalable organizations; mainly social organizations by being a launching pad for innovative and comprehensively designed development interventions.
