RRB NTPC examination for stage I is to be held in June 2019 (tentatively). For this year, the number vacancies are 35, 000 and huge number of candidates are expected to attempt the examination. Both the prelims and mains exam pattern are the same for all the posts, but the marking scheme and the number of questions is different. The exam pattern for RRB NTPC is as follows:

CBT stage I is of screening nature and the marks will be normalized. Each question comprises of one mark and 1/3 marks will be eliminated from the marks allotted for each question as there is negative marking applicable.
