Lakhs of aspirants who have appeared for the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Junior Engineer (JE) CBT (computer-based test) II that was held from August 28 to September 1 and September 19 2019, have been waiting for an update from the Railway Recruitment Board for the results and cut-off marks of the examination.
Many updates from various sources have been circling the social media recently in regards to the results release date. However, the Railway Recruitment Board has not made any official announcement related to the results release date.
According to few sources, the results are expected to release on October 31, 2019, based on the previous schedules of the Railway Recruitment Board. Whereas some newspaper articles suggest that the results will be released online on November 15, 2019.

Many news articles have claimed that the officials of the Railway Recruitment Board have spoken with them and mentioned that the results of the Junior Engineer (JE) CBT (computer-based test) II will be released on November 15, 2019. Either way, there has been no official update from the Board.

As of now the candidates that have appeared for the examination have nothing but to wait for any official update from the Board. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB JE) regularly for any updates about the release date of the Junior Engineer (JE) CBT (computer-based test) II results.
Several candidates have been taking surveys online on various social media platforms to predict the cut off marks as well. That won’t be of any help as the scores will be normalized before declaring the results so there is no point in determining the cut off marks.
It was recorded that more than 2 lakh railway job aspirants have appeared for the CBT II examination of the Junior Engineer (JE) recruitment 2019. The examination was conducted by the Board from August 28 to September 1 and on September 19, 2019. The provisional answer key for the same was released online on September 26, 2019. Candidates had time until September 29, 2019, to raise any objections regarding the answers in the answer key.

Considering all the objections raised and based upon expert advice, the revised and final answer key was released online on October 10, 2019. The candidates that have raised objections regarding the answers published in the provisional answer key have received an email about the result of the objections raised by them from the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) on October 25, 2019.
Out of the total candidates that have appeared for the examination, a total of 20, 230 candidates will be declared qualified and called upon for the next step of the selection process i.e., Documents Verification.
This number is based on the official notification released by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) stating that the number of candidates that will be called upon for documents verification will be equal to the total vacancies and in addition 50% will be added to the number and the total vacancies under this recruitment are 13,487.
