RPSC, also known as Rajasthan Public Service Commission is a commission office which organizes recruitment exams, procedures for employment of public and also selection of officers for the government offices in Rajasthan. RPSC has now released a message regarding the vacancies for the posts of Veterinary Officer and Librarian. The application forms for the selection process will be released this Friday, i.e. on 25th October 2019.
There are in total 912 vacancies out of which 900 posts are dedicated to Veterinary officer’s post, and the rest 12 are dedicated for Librarian Posts. Those applicants who are eligible according to the criteria mentioned can apply for the posts. The application is available on their official website: www.rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The candidates can also apply by logging onto https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in by 24th of November 2019.
The eligibility criteria can be given as follows:
- Veterinary Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry or its equivalent from a recognized University.
- Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
- Librarian:
- Graduate with a degree or diploma in Library Sciences
- Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
The specific age for applicants can be given as follows:
- Veterinary Officer: 20-40 years
- Librarian: 21-40 years
It is to be noted that the age of the applicants cannot exceed higher than the age of 40.

The selection for both the posts will be based on marks acquired during the screening test, academic eligibility and experience.
The application fee can be given as follows:
SC/ST/PWD and those candidates with a low family income- Rs. 150
OBC/EWS (non-creamy layer)- Rs. 250
General/OBC/EWS (creamy layer)- Rs. 350
