A well-deserved break from the current pressure of CAT, Besharam served the apt purpose of making me laugh. Although the story-line was nothing extraordinary but the amazing mix of a strong star cast, an experienced director in the action genre and upbeat songs made the movie a complete “paisa-vasool.”
Although I am a little doubtful if this would be as successful as the director’s previous box-office success – Dabangg, but this besharam doesn’t disappoint you for sure with comic scenes at the correct places at the right time .
The father-mother and son trio works well and debutante Pallavi Sharda was good too.
Rishi Kapoor breaking into a jig on son Ranbir’s Badtameez Dil leaves the audience in splits. Adding to this, Javed Jafferi’s over-the-top acting hits the bull’s eye too!
Summing up, a complete family entertainer released strategically on a national holiday with a weekend ahead, this movie is surely going to reach the masses well.
Would like to share an anecdote at the end. I have never ever seen so many people in a theatre waiting till the end of the credits but when you have the energetic Rishi Kapoor and the mesmerizing Neetu Kapoor dancing on the 70 mm screen, everyone is bound to stick to their seats till the very end.
