Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Mr Ashok Gehlot has accepted the proposal of creating additional posts in 17 departments. Soon, the creation of additional 1025 posts that provide five per cent reservation to the ‘more backward classes’ by the Rajasthan Government is to be expected in the recruitment process. Initially proposed by the Department of Personnel and later moved to the Finance Department, the proposal of creation of additional posts that provide five per cent reservation to the government job aspirants belonging to backward classes has received a green signal by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan.
The additional posts created will be adjusted against the vacancies for any future recruitments. The 1025 additional posts are created across 17 departments of the state government. Recently competitive exams have been conducted by the State Government to recruit candidates for various posts. A total of 31 posts are expected to be filled through the competitive exams that were held. This decision taken by the Rajasthan Government has brought a smile over many faces of the young aspirants aspiring for Government Jobs across various departments in the State.
