Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment is a mega recruitment drive conducted by the Indian Railways. The recruitment is done through the process of examination. The candidates have to appear for the examination, and the candidates who pass the examination will have to undergo the document verification process and will be selected for the Multi-Tasking Staff Post.
The Railways department of India has announced that the details regarding the Multi-Tasking Staff Recruitment Examination will be released officially after October 31, 2019 on the Official Indian Railways Website. The date of the exam, the release date of the admit card and the venue and time of the examination will be revealed.
Exam Pattern:
The Multi-tasking Staff Recruitment examination is an Online Multiple-Choice question examination. The examination will have 100 multiple choice questions. Each Multiple-choice question will carry 1 mark each. No negative marks will be awarded for the wrong answers. The multi-tasking staff recruitment examination is a 100-mark examination which will be conducted for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The 100 marks will be divided among 4 sections, and each section will carry 20 marks. The 4 sections are as follows
- Arithmetic Ability
- General Awareness
- General Reasoning
- General Intelligence

Exam Syllabus:
The candidates appearing for the Multi-Tasking Staff recruitment examination should be well prepared in the Simple Equation, Odd one out, Profit and loss, mixture and allegations, Ratio and Proportion, Average, time and distance for the Arithmetic Ability section.
The candidates should prepare on Analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, Puzzle, Non verbal reasoning, verbal reasoning and data sufficiency while preparing for reasoning.
The current Affairs, Art and Culture, History, Sports, currencies must be given importance while preparing for the General Knowledge Section.
