1. If x can finish a job in 4 hours and y can finish the same
job in 8 hours independently, then they together will finish the job in

company employed 200 workers to complete a certain work in 150 days. If only
one-fourth of the work has been done in 50 days, then in order to complete the

copy 80 pages in 20 hours, x and y together can copy 135 pages in 27 hours.

cashier first added the sales tax and then took 10% off the total price. The
amount Mr. x paid is

(1) less by ₹ 550 as the amount Mr. y paid
