that will start undergoing the training at the ICICI Manipal Academy for Banking
and Insurance (IMA) in the first week of November 2015 and in February 2016. The
Training Programme will be conducted in Bangalore or any other location in India as
decided by ICICI Bank.

About IMA –
ICICI Manipal Academy for Banking and
Insurance (IMA) is a joint venture of ICICI Bank and the Manipal Group. The
Academy has been set up to train selected personnel of ICICI Bank in order to
ensure that they are ‘Industry Ready’ at the time of completion of the programme.
About the PGDB
programme:
The Post Graduate Diploma in Banking offered
by Manipal University has been jointly designed by ICICI Bank and Manipal
Global Education for providing professional education to the probationary
officers of ICICI Bank.
The total programme duration is for a period
of 12 months. On completion of the PGDB, POs will also have an opportunity to
pursue appropriate higher degree programs offered by one of the universities
within the Manipal Global Education Framework (MGEF).
Selection
Process: The selection will be through a
multi-stage selection process comprising of:
1. Online Aptitude test
2. Online Psychometric Assessment
3. Case-based Group Discussion (GD)
4. Personal Interview (PI)
5. Merit List
The GD and PI (only for those applicants who
will clear the GD) will be concluded on the same day.
