An unbiased and excellent system for teachers teaching in primary schools will now be given holiday on online application only. Leave applied through the hard copy to the concerned officer will be deemed invalid. The teachers of the division will have to apply online for an off through the website of Manav Sampada.
The District Basic Education Officer has commanded the Block Education Officers that teachers and teachers of all development blocks will apply online for any sort of holiday by uploading it on the website of Human Estate. Then only his or her leave shall be valid.
Presently the system of the Prerna App is being executed. Through which arrangements were made for the online application for leave from the presence of teachers. Nevertheless, only five hundred teachers of the district have downloaded the Prerna App. In such a situation, now teachers have been commanded by the BSA to apply for leave online from the website of Human Estate.
The District Basic Education Officer Yogendra Kumar announced that so far only 500 teachers of the district have downloaded Prerna App supporting the rule. In extension, the number of educators and instructors who download the Prerna App is almost zero. The official website through which the leave request can be applied is https://ehrms.nic.in/ .
There are 4751 teachers, 1824 Shiksha Mitras and 220 instructors in the district which counts to be a large number. Though this system shall bring a system but the only drawback that not all teachers are friendly with an android phone.
